Kathleen Wright, MSW, ASW, LCSW

Kathleen Wright is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked with a surplus of populations in various environments. However, Kathleen's passion and area of expertise has remained the same. Kathleen continues to be dedicated to helping clients and their families who are trying to navigate, understand, and heal from all forms of eating disorders, in conjunction with other diagnoses. Kathleen uses a unique blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Reframing, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Kathleen's over-arching goal is to help clients learn to reconnect with themselves while becoming their best version in a safe, comfortable, and hopeful environment.
Michelle Wright, MS, RDN, CDCES

Michelle Wright is a passionate registered dietitian with years of experience dedicated to helping clients develop a positive relationship with food. Michelle empowers individuals to embrace intuitive eating by utilizing a holistic nutrition approach focused on listening to the body’s natural signals rather than adhering to restrictive diets. She believes all foods can fit into a balanced and nourishing diet and loves educating clients on incorporating nutrient-dense options without eliminating entire food groups.
Michelle’s approach centers on building healthy, long-term habits. She encourages clients to explore ways to nourish their bodies to support overall wellness. Her expertise spans a variety of areas, including eating disorders, sports nutrition, weight management, pregnancy nutrition, and diabetes care. Michelle works with all populations, helping them find practical solutions to support their unique health goals.

Molly Brennan, LADC

As Authentic You's in-house addiction specialist, Molly Brennan, MA, LCADC-intern, brings advanced training in substance-use disorders, process addictions, and eating disorders. She conducts comprehensive ASAM-aligned assessments to pinpoint the biological, psychological and social drivers of compulsive behavior, then collaborates with clients and their families to craft goals. Molly's integrative approach blends CBT, DBT, Relapse-Prevention Planning and Informed Care, ensuring that treatment addresses both the symptoms and root causes while strengthening communication and boundaries. Known for being "science -minded yet easy to talk to" Molly empowers individuals develop new skills that foster resilience, purpose and sustainable recovery.
Christine Dey, LCSW

Christine Dey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Disaster Response Crisis Counselor (DRCC) who has worked with a variety of populations and is committed to
helping others when life becomes challenging. Christine ‘s passion lies with working with seniors, adults and adults with intellectual disabilities who are struggling with life’s speed bumps and obstacles. She believes we are all unique, and one therapy plan does not fit all. Christine believes in meeting the client where they are. Her approach is unique to the individual’s need, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, humanistic, and mindfulness.
Christine believes in providing a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate environment to help one explore their life’s challenges and identify their strengths to live their best life
possible.
